Some vials hold two peptides at once — CJC-1295 with Ipamorelin is the classic. They share the same liquid and the same draw, so the amounts are locked to the vial's ratio. What this calculator does

When two peptides are dried into the same vial, they dissolve into one shared solution. Every draw therefore contains both, in the exact ratio of their masses — you can't dial them independently. This tool lets you target a dose for one of them and shows the draw size plus how much of the other comes along for the ride.

How to use it

  1. Names (optional)Label the two peptides so the results read in plain terms — e.g. "CJC-1295" and "Ipamorelin." Leave blank to just see "Peptide A / B."
  2. MassesEnter the milligrams of each peptide as printed on the vial or its COA. The ratio between them is what fixes how much of each you draw.
  3. Bacteriostatic waterHow many millilitres you're adding to dissolve the blend. Both peptides share this same liquid. A standard small peptide vial holds about 3 mL of liquid at most, so 1–3 mL is the usual range.
  4. Dose byChoose which peptide you're setting the dose for. The other one's amount is then determined by the vial's ratio.
  5. Target amount per drawThe amount of the chosen peptide you want in one draw, in mcg or mg.
  6. SyringePick your syringe; the draw shows in units (insulin) or mL (standard), just like the main reconstitution tool.

Reading your results

  • Draw to ___The mark to fill the syringe to, in your syringe's scale.
  • Per drawHow much of each peptide that single draw contains. The one you dosed by hits your target; the other follows the ratio.
  • ConcentrationStrength of each peptide in the solution (mg/mL).
  • Doses per vialHow many of your target draws the vial holds, limited by the peptide you're dosing by.

A worked example

A vial of CJC-1295 5 mg + Ipamorelin 5 mg in 2 mL water, dosing 200 mcg of CJC-1295:

each is 5 ÷ 2 = 2.5 mg/mL

200 mcg ÷ 2.5 mg/mL = 0.08 mL = 8 units

that draw also delivers 200 mcg Ipamorelin — equal, because the blend is 1:1

If the masses differed (say 10 mg + 5 mg), the second peptide would scale to the ratio instead.

Common questions

Why can't I set both doses independently?

Both peptides are dissolved in the same liquid and pulled in the same draw, so their amounts are locked to the ratio of their masses in the vial. Set one, and the other follows.

What if my blend isn't 1:1?

That's fine — enter the actual masses. The second peptide's per-draw amount scales to whatever ratio you enter; the tool handles it automatically.

Can I use this for three or more peptides?

This tool covers two. The same principle extends to more — each scales by its share of the total — but two covers the common pre-mixed blends.

The math, for the curious

Each peptide's concentration is its mass (mg) ÷ water (mL). The draw volume comes from the peptide you dose by: draw (mL) = target (mg) ÷ that peptide's concentration. The other peptide's amount is then draw (mL) × its concentration. On a U-100 syringe, 1 mL = 100 units.
